All systems are produced to EN 12810, EN 12811, BS 1139, and ASTM A53 & A500 specifications. Third-party type test reports from SGS, BV, or TÜV are available on request, filed against the standard your project specifies — not a generic in-house standard.

This project involved the construction of 40m-high bridge piers, requiring scaffolding with high load capacity that met strict safety standards. The client had already worked with a third-party scaffolding company to complete a detailed erection design, calculating the required Ringlock scaffolding components, including standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, planks, couplers, and base jacks. Additionally, the client provided a budget and sought a cost-effective solution without compromising quality.
This 20km railway tunnel project was awarded to one of our long-term partners. Due to our successful past collaborations and proven reliability, the client entrusted us with both manufacturing and sourcing all required materials, including tunnel shoring props and steel formwork. This was our first time producing large-scale steel support structures for such a project.
This metro project required high-grade steel materials, including steel plates and pipes in over 30 specifications, adhering to European (EN) and Japanese (JIS) standards. Some of the required materials had non-standard specifications that were not commonly produced by Chinese mills, making procurement a challenge.

Before You Send an Inquiry
Q1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
*Trial orders: 1x20ft or 1x40ft container, mixed SKUs accepted. Used by distributors testing market demand or contractors validating sample quality.
*Project orders: typically 5-20 containers per shipment, scheduled to your site delivery window.
*Annual contracts: for repeat buyers — locked pricing, dedicated production slot, prioritized dispatch.
If you have other cargo in China for consolidation, we accept small first orders below full container load.
Q2. Can you produce under our brand (OEM / white-label)?
Neutral packing: plain drums, no manufacturer markings, generic shipping marks
Your brand on drums: your logo, your color, your product code
We do not contact your end clients. Every quote, message, and document flows back to you — never to your buyer.
Q3. What is your production and delivery lead time?
Standard custom orders (sized to your spec, common standards): 20-30 days from PO confirmation.
Tender / special-coating orders (hot-dip galvanized to specific micron thickness, or custom paint systems): 35-45 days
If you have a hard site delivery date, send it with your enquiry — we'll back-calculate the latest PO date that still works.
Q4. Can I send a third-party inspector (SGS / BV) for pre-shipment inspection?
You can appoint SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek, or any inspector you trust. We host the witness test at our Tianjin facility: dimensional check, weld inspection, load test, galvanizing thickness measurement, and packing verification. The inspection report ships with your container and goes directly into your tender or compliance file.
We do not charge an inspection access fee. Inspector fees are paid by you to the inspection company directly.
Q5. What payment terms do you offer?
50% pre-payment and 50% balance before loading.
For orders over $50,000, we can lower the down payment percentage to reduce your fund pressure.
We do not offer 100% credit terms on first orders. This protects both sides: it filters out non-serious enquiries and keeps our pricing competitive for everyone.
Q6. How do I get an accurate quote — what information should I send?
Please advise your required size, thickness and surface finish. You may also send us your weight requirements if any, as these are key factors that determine the price.
We'll come back with an indicative budget range within 12 hours and a refined quote once specs are confirmed.
